What are the benefits of 'Enterprise' plan over 'public plan'?

Security: In 'Public' plan Thread dumps are uploaded to public cloud. For certain enterprise, it's concern to upload production artifacts to public cloud. In 'Enterprise' plan, applications are privately installed and runs on your datacenter/local machine. Thus production artifacts will remain with in your corporate firewall.

Unlimited usage: As shown in the above table, in the 'Public' plan there are limits on the number of thread dumps that you can upload, number of API calls that you can make, size of the file that you can upload. Where as in 'Enterprise' plan there are no such limits. You have unlimited access.

Support: In 'Public' plan, service requests are attended with in 3 days. Only e-mail support is provided. In 'Enterprise plan' service requests are attended with in 24 hours. Both Email and Phone support are provided.


How does the subscription plan work?

Annual Billing (Best Price): We charge your credit card once a year, at a discounted rate. Your account will automatically renew at the end of the year unless you change your subscription. If you cancel prior to the end of your annual subscription, you will be charged a penalty.

Monthly Billing (Flexible Commitment): We charge your credit card each month, at the regular price. You can cancel service without penalty. Your account will automatically renew each month unless you change your subscription.


What if I want to cancel my service?

No problem. If you're on a month-to-month plan you simply cancel before your next billing period. You won't be charged for the next month of service.


Can I try the product before I buy it?

Sure. Send an email to team@tier1app.com with subject "Trial". We will send you the installation instructions with a 14 days trial period.


What is the difference between Standard vs. Premium Support?

Standard Support: Service requests are attended with in 3 days. Only e-mail support is provided.
Premium Support: Service requests are attended with in 24 hours. Both Email and Phone support are provided.
